Kristofer was our officiant and he was amazing! We chose the lighthearted ceremony because our family and friends are a bunch of goofballs and they love to laugh. He made all of us laugh and cry at the best times. It was truly magical and we can’t thank them all enough for being there for us on such short notice. Chris was absolutely amazing! He is super knowledgeable about the business and he really knew how to make the entire ceremony process as seamless as possible. He is SUPER charismatic and really made our ceremony special, bringing our guests to tears! I highly, highly recommend him if you’re looking for your ceremony to be top notch!

When we were searching for an officiant, we had several calls scheduled. Our call with Christopher happened to be the first, and we canceled the others after that! He was professional, but relatable, and gave us a thorough explanation of what to expect pre, during and post ceremony, including approachable instructions on how to obtain our marriage license and options for customizing the ceremony. We were considering asking a family member to officiate our ceremony, an idea we quickly abandoned after our call. We were blown away by Christopher's experience and how much attention to detail he pays! He really added value to his role, and we felt confident he could give us the type of ceremony we wanted.
The day of, he arrived prior to the ceremony to do a run through of everything we had spoken about as a reminder and put our nerves at ease. The ceremony was perfect. It was everything we wanted it to be: beautiful, light hearted, funny yet professional. Our guests were complimenting how great our ceremony was and how much they enjoyed Christopher. A handful of them even thought that he knew us, because of his sincerity.

He did a beautiful job curating our ceremony, and I had many guests actually come up to us throughout the day to tell us how much they enjoyed it. He also never made me feel like a bother when I asked the same question multiple times out of being antsy, and gave us great coaching the morning of to remind us of the steps/cues. Chris was exceptional — highly recommended! My husband and I chose to include several Filipino traditions (the veil and cord, coins, and unity candle), and Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us seamlessly throughout the entire ceremony. My husband and I can't thank Chris enough for the wonderful wedding ceremonies he performed for us. We first booked NY Officiants for our wedding in November of this year. However, we reached out to Chris again in May to see if he could officially marry us earlier, explained our situation, and he was incredibly helpful—offering several date options that worked with our schedule.

He guided us through the entire process, explained how the ceremony would unfold step by step, and even gave us fantastic tips for our wedding photos. Then, on November 22, we had our ceremony and reception with our family and friends, and Chris kept everything lighthearted and fun for our guests. Everything went smoothly, even though I was extremely nervous and wasn’t able to review the details with him beforehand.

Chris did an amazing job with our ceremony November 2025. We did the love story option and everyone kept telling us how personal the ceremony felt and that it was one of the best they ever saw. Chris is very professional and always was extremely quick to respond when reaching out to him. You will not be disappointed when using NY officiants. Also he sent us some photos and a little highlight reel that we were not expecting! So that was a fun little surprise and touch. Thank you Chris for everything!

This was such a great experience with Don. He was so patient regarding everything and was so cool and funny during our small wedding. Such a very good presence to have in the house. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Don as our officiant! Our elopement came together short notice and he was very patient as we finalized our plans. He did a lovely job of pushing through moments like sirens sounding off during our midtown terrace ceremony with ease and a perfect touch of humor. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness with small but meaningful gestures like asking our photographer to capture us signing our marriage license.

I had considered another officiant at a slightly lower rate but after speaking with Christopher I knew the NY Officiants team would deliver the level of quality and care we wanted for such a special moment.

If you want a heartfelt and unforgettable ceremony, you HAVE to use NY Officiants! Christopher was so easy to work with and even included a sweet homage to our dog who couldn't attend.
